Hot Air Ovens are intended to generate heat via blower-assisted air recirculation within the chamber at temperatures ranging from ambient +10°C to 150°C, 200°C, or 250°C. They are commonly used to dry glassware, sterilise N95 masks, general tools, and packaging materials, and are also referred to as forced air circulating ovens. They are also utilised in life sciences, microbiology laboratories 

Product Details:

Muffle furnace construction comprises of an outer chamber fabricated out of thick cold rolled mild steel sheets. Rectangular in shape placed horizontally with opening in the front. Refractory muffle of required muffle of required size forms the inner chamber. This is surrounded by ceramic fibre blankets on all the four sides and the rear to reduce heat losses to a minimum.

The furnace is heated by KANTHALAI heating coils wounded in spiral form on the muffle embedded in high grade refractory cement and backed by ceramic fibre blankets.

The temperature inside is maintained at any desired level within the operating range by a digital automatic temperature indicator – cum- controller working in conjuction with a Cr/ Al thermocouple housed in the hot zones.

Control panel : Consists of temperature controller, Air break magnetic contractor, indicating lamps, energy regulator. The furnace is finished in attractive powder coat finish.
